What are you talking about? If they don't call a timeout, the Giants were ready to go into halftime 14-7 with one more play. They just had two disastrous plays happen before the timeout.
It was a terrible decision with virtually no upside whatsoever. Cohen would have fielded a punt with about 10 seconds left.
