Man, I really wish I didn't have to get recertified at work every year. 20 tests, two seminars and six hours of web-based training.

Think about this for a second: why wouldn't Uncle Phil just give Will and his mom the money to move out of that bad neighborhood in Philadelphia? Why take him in and cause all that stress for yourself?
