I agree with this. The GR are freaking weird and creepy. One of the strangest cults I've seen. His character isn't really a bad guy, but based off of what I've seen through the 1st 3 episodes, he's not really portrayed in the greatest of lights either. Perhaps it gets better in the other episodes. I guess a lot of it is just desperation.

Eat less carbs. That usually leads to less calories, but after an adjustment period you feel more full.

Dude I'm friggin LOVING The Strain.

It reminds me a lot of The Stand and I am Legend(**** Will Smith and the movie): it's sooooooo good. I have one more episode left and I'm pissed that I'll be done.

Yeah I generally try to eat foods that are more protein/fat heavy (not excessively of course) as they fill me up more, but in general I just feel like eating more food. Back when I was in college and could go to the gym 5-6 days a week, my calorie intake was super high. Now that I have less time in the gym, my intake must also decrease. It's just that my appetite hasn't changed.
