I hate wasting food. I'd use them as toast. Like just smash them in the toaster and hope they come up toasted and not burn.

Well, it's probably a dumb assumption on my part, but I assume everyone going to Costco is going to spend 20 minutes getting to teh food counter at minimum, thus my initial surprise. And my Costco is bad.
But maybe they aren't all the same.

And, in the interest of full disclosure the Home Depot two miles from me has a cart from the guy who opened a Chicago Dogs place in town, and he has the best lunch in the area - Chicago Dogs, Polish, Italian Beef, Gyros - all are terrific.
I am by no means a snob. I just have bad memories of some food purchases from the Costco cafe.

I just saw on a friend's facebook page that my hometown is having a parade for "Irish Fun Day" on March 16th.
