DJ Moore should have been thrown out. Stafford should have at least been flagged. Possibly thrown out as well. PLUS you have the possible late hit on Jennings out of bounds.

He went out of bounds on his own and stayed outside too long to avoid contact from the receiving team. Kind of a meh rule IMO.

Well as long as the receiving team isn't allowed to block you while you are out of bounds then it has to be a rule.
