Sign him, call off the O'Day-Davis trade and acquire Garza or sign Webb and I'll be satisfied with the offseason.

The Cubs could have interest in Carmona, but they want top prospects. If I'm JH I would make the call to see what it will take, but when he says top spects...hang up.

That's a big assumption.

Colvin missed the end of the season and was a bench player for months, so you only got a bit more than half a season as a starter from him and he still managed 20 homers.

Quoted from the closed thread.

Number of shits I give about HR's: 0. They aren't the only form of power. He had a .246 ISO. That was good for top 20 in baseball. It took a .246 ISO for him to get a .500 SLG. That .246 ISO was the highest of his pro career. Do you really think he can repeat that? Odds say he can't, but lets say he can. Let's say he puts up his .246 ISO again, though. He is going to have to OBP around .340 to even be valuable. His line last year was not anything special, it was about average. So we are looking at at best, an average RFer. That's IF he puts up his .246 ISO again, which I would be willing to bet he can't.

Can you give me the winning lotto numbers for the big game?
