Okay, here is my two cents...

Respect Bernstein but he is grating at times...my friends think he is racist, I don't see that at all...but he can be a bit too much...surprised nobody has tried to assault him at one of their outings.

Love Boers and have for about 25 years now. I liked him when he was with the Sun-Times. And I think he has a great sense of humor.

I met Silvy before, nice guy, also a meatball. I think Waddle is hilarious at times and doesn't come off as too much of a blowhard just because he played in the NFL. Former athletes are not very enjoyable to listen to on a daily basis, he is one of the exceptions.

As far as the Carmen, Jurko and Harry. I like Carmen because he always seemed to want to talk Bulls more than anybody else. Harry is cool, his voice can get irritating after a while. Jurko completely lost me when he started calling other men "sweetie".

Murph is one of the worst radio personalities I have ever heard. Can't believe he was ever let back on the airwaves. I like Goff (friends think he is an Uncle Tom), but I think B&B hype him too much concerning basketball knowledge. They actually did a good job of "getting him over". They hyped him up so much that people believe he is the wise one when it comes to NBA.

Holmes is cool, but is perceived as a follower and not a leader, knows football though, and he is a nerd, so he is cool with me.

So that's about it, back to basketball...thanks for reading...enjoyed everybody's opinions.

Holmes is fucking terrible at what he does. He doesn't even really know football....he just regurgitates whatever Zaidmen says..which is just regurgitation from Halas Hall.

Boers is terrible. How anyone tolerates his rambling ass on the air is beyond me. The only good thing he has is stories from his beat writing days.

Bernstein is a :troll:

I don't think Arkush does...at least no anymore. I heard complaints about Arkush when he used to be an employee of the Bears. He has really proved himself as a football analyst on the station. I think he is really the best, almost Steve Stone like in his analysis.

From the complaining, I'm glad that I don't live in Chicago area so I have to listen to these idiots that are put out there to make the dumbass fans feel good about their teams.

0:00 B roll footage from a car driving around at night in Chicago, followed by various shots of a radio tower at dusk.

01:12 External shot of the WSCR radio station, followed by a shot of an employee typing rapidly on a typewriter and doing other office work in his cubicle while the radio plays.

04:40 Mike Murphy and other employees set up before the radio show begins.

06:41 The show begins with Mike briefly covering the evening’s list of sports-related topics.

08:30 Mike talks about some news concerning the Chicago Cubs.

14:00 Mike talks about a player named Kevin Butler dropping a pass. Then he takes a call from a caller named Mitch, who wants to talk about the Chicago Bears’ offense in a recent game. He and Mike talk about the current football season.

17:19 Mike answers a call from Tim, and they talk more about the Bears. Then he gets another caller named Dave on the line.

19:50 Mike takes a call from Willy, who lives on the South Side.

21:21 The traffic report, followed by some advertisements.

24:35 A list of birthdays is read on the air, and then Mike Murphy takes more calls from listeners.

29:50 Mike wraps up the show and signs off. Then he talks about how he felt about that evening’s show, and he and the cameraman discuss some sports predictions.

41:00 Mike talks about going to the races.

42:00 Footage from a different segment: Walking down the street in downtown Chicago, Ben Hollis asks a man to throw a dart at a map of Chicago, in order to determine where to film for the day. It lands near Hawthorne Woods.

44:35 Now at the pinpointed location, Ben describes the suburban area. He walks past a cemetery and a church, and then sees a few people who he wants to interview. They’re unloading a delivery truck at the nearby school. Ben goes into the school and interviews a woman named Pam who works there. She talks about running a fundraiser for the school, selling food. She takes him to see the fundraising operation, and introduces Ben to various workers.

52:40 Ben asks Pam to throw the dart to determine the next destination for the show. It lands on Swift Road in Glendale Heights.

56:40 Now at the new location, we see two boys playing baseball. They explain that they are in Lombard, and they introduce themselves as Danny and Chris, both sixteen years old. They talk about working at a nearby hotdog stand. Other teenage boys enter the scene, and they all play catch. Ben asks one of them to throw the dart for the next location.

01:01:20 The dart is thrown and it lands in Lake Michigan.

01:03:18 End of tape.
