That 6'5 415 pound lineman for Florida gonna be sucking wind with the uptempo offense of the Vols.

At this point, UGA looks ridiculous. Someone may snipe them but they gonna be tough not to win the natty

They didn’t look great yesterday but Bowers is going to be the next Travis Kelce. He had a 75yd TD RUN yesterday. This kid can run for a TE. Be interesting to see what his combine measurables will be in 2024

He ran a 4.5 coming in. Probably get into the 4.4's at 6'4 listed 230 but will gain some muscle mass

I threw Florida in because at the time I posted it they had just beaten Utah. Plus, Florida/Georgia is a rivalry game as you know, so anything can happen.

That said, since that post Florida has looked pretty mediocre for sure.

2016 was the last game day trip to Knoxville, I believe.

Vols should destroy Florida, but it’s a rivalry game so I’m not too cocky. Plus, Tillman doesn’t sound like he’s going to play which really hurts Tennessee. Going to need the other receivers to step up today

I can’t to watch Hooker @ UGA in a few weeks

Meh, LSU has tons of talent. Lacks interior play. I dont think he can ever be real good. I dont think he can build a real culture. He does soe dumb shit. But, its the SEC and we produce athletes so who know but def. not a top flight coach.

True that, hooker is really good and should start getting some heisman love. And by then we will have seen him against bama, Kentucky, and lsu

tbh, the LSU game has me slightly concerned. It smells of trap game with bama being the week after and the game being @ LSU.

that said, Vols have a bye week before the LSU game, so Heupel better have em prepared and focused. Plus, Tillman should be good to go for that game after missing yesterdays game.

Georgia is about to escape, but they got a scare.

No Tds until 4th qtr.

They were a 25.5 point favorite and trailed by 10 well into the second half.

Missouri has looked awful at times this year but gave Georgia all they could handle.

Paul Chryst was 67-26, took Wisconsin to a bowl game every year, and won six of the seven bowls he was in. And got fired.

College football is in an insane place.

Wow. Barry Alvarez set a high bar there with 3(?) Rose Bowl victories. Not easy to do that at Wisky.
Who will they target?

They promoted their soon to be 40 year old Def Coordinator Jim Leonhard, and most seem to believe this timing was to avoid losing him and he will get the gig without the interim tag soon.

Some think he was a target of Nebraska.

Meanwhile Wisky fans are coming up with their own candidates including Matt Campbell and Lance Leipold.

But I believe Leonhard stays, barring some disastrous 7 game audition.

I’ve been reading that they were worried about the downward trend of the program. His current recruiting class is ranked 55th and they are just being simply outclassed vs ranked teams.

I agree with you that Leonhard looks like the odds on favorite for the job barring a disaster.

As a Nebraska fan, I think Leipold ends up getting the Nebraska job given his ties to the school and area unless his team melts down the last half of the season. I'm still holding out hope though that Mickey Joseph does well enough to get the head job since at least then Nebraska would have head coach who actually recruits at a level of SEC schools while being able to point to Justin Jefferson and Jamar Chase as guys he helped develop into legit NFL players. I will still foolishly hope above all that Urban Meyer gets the job but I think that is super unlikely.

Urban is toxic at this point.
