Wouldn't you expect Kershaw to start game 2 in LA on Sunday with normal rest, with Greinke following for the first game at Wrigley?

Kershaw will pitch game 2 and Greinke 3. I would start Lester game 1 against the Dodgers #3 pitcher the Cubs have the advantage. Arrieta vs Kershaw game 2, I like the Cubs chances. Game 3 Greinke vs bullpen loss, and so on. As a Cub fan I would rather see the Dodgers than Mets because after the first 2 SP, they are lacking in SP and RP. Plus the Dodgers don't have an explosive offense like the Mets. The Cubs match up very well against the Dodgers.
