Would you guys say the White Sox and Mets are similar in some cases. Do you think the Mets are as outnumbered in New York as we are in Chicago, fan-wise?

it is a very grey area especially in chicago. I have been a fan since 79, yes as an infant
I think the hardcore fans are almost even.
The cubs get more of the casual fans imo due to wrigley and the wrigleyville experience. I always have cubs tickets for my clients anytime they want, why? because if you are an out of towner, you want to go to wrigley, not the cell.

I'm in Lexington, Kentucky. My parents moved down here when I was little for my dad's job. It's not a bad city by any stretch, but it doesn't have the Polish sausage or the Sox. Haha

Old ballz (45 this month), SOX fan since '71 or sooldman, didn't pay attention for much of the early '90s except when I fairweathered it in October '93, got way into the SOX around '96 when they were shitty, bought season tix in '00, got my **** punched in the playoffs in '00, went to all the home playoff games in '05, met tons of SOX fans via WSI, got kicked off WSI on the Night of the Long Knives, went to the SATCH, then moved to Palehosed when Hangar went insane.
Nowadays, I'm less into the SOX than I was a few years ago. I'm not sure what it is...could be Ozzie's general shittiness and this team's propensity to gargle balls when they should be kicking ass (see: 2006, 2011). I only go to 5-10 games a year now. This year I've been only 3 times.
