My theory is that the league lets it be known who they want to win and get into the play-offs and the referee crews control the games to reflect that desire. It doesn't have anything to do with gambling but basically is all about marketing and revenue.

What he's doing is showing you that it is possible for a quarterback to throw in this offense. Simeon gets rid of the ball quickly.. Something Fields needs to learn how to do.
