Since the dude in @nvanprooyen used Oaxacan cheese now I'm thinking of making cheesy Birria beefs on cemita rolls fully dipped in the consumme. Like a birriadilla/Italian beef Mashup. Thots?

It's on Gostlin, pretty much just head north from the southshore station. the roller dome used to be to the east of the place HHM is pointing out.
I got one for you guys.. eat out at "one 13 north" in crown point town square, It's kind of close to the lake county fairgrounds. and then there's pepino's in dyer..

it's a sport complex now...and there's hardly any activity there.
