I believe the rams are taking away any downfield opportunities. I think Nagy is waiting until they finally decide to play it down.

In case you haven't been paying attention, the Rams cover deep and don't allow long bombs.
As bad as everything started, the offense is actually doing pretty well moving the ball - the real issue here and the story of the game is just how bad our secondary is. Other than Jalen Johnson we have no one.

The Rams are a tough defense to go deep on. They play an umbrella coverage. Nagy's approach hasn't been bad once he settled in with the playcalling. We need to beat the shit out of them with Montgomery. Wear them down, force them to bring safeties, then take a shot.
