Anytime the Bears want to hold the Rams offense to less than 10 yards on every first down play, that would be great.

He stood by Parkey despite him being a complete liability and it cost him their playoff game.
He didn't bring in legitimate competition for Mitch last season and when it was evident you had to bench him, you had nothing to go to.
He went for more DL help instead of bolstering the offense.
He legit doesn't have a clue.

Where is Artavius Pierce, can we give him a snap at RB. I like Monty but we need to have an option to change it up. He is clearly getting discouraged behind this Oline. Maybe a udfa can spark him with some tough running
