I think he’s actually gotten really close several times, but Cousins just steps forward into the pocket where it’s empty to cut off the angle.

Also, a secondary blocker is usually there to stop Mack from getting home at the very end, cutting off his path to Cousins.

Almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.
