They tackled Perine there but #27 still went for a hard shoulder hit (that didn’t do a damn thing to Perine and he fell back himself) instead of going for the wrap around tackle. It didn’t happen there but this is how some end up getting the first down on 3rd and long. They don’t fall after the hit and they have room to run after staying up. Luckily there were other Bears already there to bring him down.
