Not making excuses because the Bears offense sucks so bad, but this officiating crew apparently is in the lead over other crews in calling holding penalties..it's hard enough for a shit offense to be productive without also having to overcome such shit officiating. The game is sometimes being dictated by the officiating crews and teams have to prepare and have to overcome them as well as their opponents every week.
