Even with talent if a team can stay patient and dink and dunk they will move the ball on this defense. It is designed to eliminate explosive plays and count on the offense to make a mistake or get impatient. It works a lot of the time but when the other team stays crisp it can look really bad. (See first half of cardinals vs bears in 06, Super Bowl defense had Matt Leinart looking like Joe Montana).
