Why would I talk about Women on a Football MB? Oh nevermind, just another example of you trolling me with your *** stuff... you say you want to talk football, but it's the constant threads about Long that prooves you don't. I mean, how many threads do you have to make about Longs injury, or his salary?
What's with putting "Official" on every one of your threads? You also seem to post about Long about every bad thing. What about McPhee? His base salary is higher than Longs?
You really think that posting multiple (many) threads about Long, and his salary and injuries is talking football? Wouldn't a real fan that wants to talk football be focussing on ATL and this 1st game of the year rather than make ANOTHER "official" Long sucks thread?

I could see how you would think that, given you obviously don't know the context... but Longs comments to some of the "fans" on twatter would be the equivalent of telling a blind person that they suck because they can't see, while Longs entire family can.

I have no obsession I am not a fan I don't post threads about everything CNN does that I don't like or makes them look bad. I was just making a observation on the connection between the two subjects.
I don't care if longs tweets I don't want him to stay healthy and if he does that I am sure that he will be leading the oline again.
I am a Kizer fan I think he has the better upside than trub. However trub has impressed me with his accuracy and quickness so I hope he can develop into a star but I am not holding my breath cause the bears haven't had something to cheer for in that position in a long time.

How is he a detriment? The guy made the pro bowl his 1st two seasons. The Bears still have $20+ mil in cap money. The only legit thing is his injury, BUT heck, half our freakin team was injured last year. Why single him out? Let's face it, for some reason you're obsessed with hating on him.

The bears chose to pay him while injured, and then he opted to skip surgery. He's already on the injury report THIS year, and hasn't been able to play at all this preseason. The o-line needs time to play together and gel, and this has not been allotted because of his situation. He's not just gonna jump off the injury report, start pancaking people, and things be all hunky-dory, regardless of what you or anyone else would like to believe in your "best case scenario" branes.. this isn't a scenario the bears can really "win"
Best course of action at this point imo: Long has the surgery today, sits out 2017, and comes back ready to make up for lost ground and dominate 2018.
But there's no way his pride allows for this to happen. So, we'll see the wounded duck week 2 or week 3, and his play will be less than stellar. I fully expect this to happen.
