If Jeanty fall to 10 they will run the pick up. We'll see if the smoke around Jeanty at #5 or more likely #6 is real or not. The question I have is if Jeanty somehow does make it past LVR, do the Bears move up to #7 to get him or do they feel confident that 7-9 won't take him?

I wouldn’t rule out the bears trading down even if jeanty is on the board…assuming the offer brings back at least another 2nd round pick. But most likely yes, they would select him.

It would be so Bears to trade up for Jeanty in the deepest RB class in a decade.

He’s had double digits in 1 of 3 years, not splitting snaps. I think it’s probably a reach to call him that going forward if he’s getting reduced snaps.

The Eagles are exactly when I referred to when I said if they had the luxury to keep 3 edges. Eagles have no holes. They also had no double digit sack guys and didn’t have 3 first round picks for edges.
Well you are arguing semantics. He's a pretty good pass rusher or you wouldn't be talking about trading for him for such. It's his pass rush talent/ability I am weigher here, not actual specific stats (which I used to express that pass rush ability). And yes, the Eagles didn't have double digit sack guys because they had so many pass rushers... which is my EXACT point. It's not a luxury, it's a strength. It's the core of their defense.

Every year a couple days before the draft, reporters start in about trade chaos that is likely to unfold and it rarely happens.

I do think there might be some player movement in trades throughout the draft. Quite a few players who are rumored to be available

I really don't want to see the Bears trading up. They need to use their draft capital on starters with rookie contracts. I would prefer to see trade downs for more picks this year. Poles scares the crap out of me.

its legit a nothing burger comment from the AGM.

The chicago media asks the dumbest questions, at one point they asked if it would be good for multiple QB's to be taken before #10. then another asked if they have multiple players in play at #10

Honestly, Daniel might be smarter than most of the beat guys in chicago.
