lol. Tell us about Jamal Williams in Detroit. And then tell us why Gibbs averages 33% more per carry. Thanks. Monty is a fine player but he’s hardly elite.Monty is a force scoring TDs though, 25 in his two years in Detroit.
He’s had double digits in 1 of 3 years, not splitting snaps. I think it’s probably a reach to call him that going forward if he’s getting reduced snaps. How can you having a double digit sack EDGE player is not providing production? And you really think a 3rd round pick is going to be an immediately impact player elsewhere?? I'm sorry, but miniscule chance.
Also I think we've seen it still hold true today with PHI, you can't have too many pass rushers. I couldn't disagree with you more on this one.
You never know who is gonna fleece Ryan Poles & the Bears!
I feel like the action will be later in round 1 but I could see a team moving up to take jeanty (hopefully not the bears but I won't be surprised at this point and I love jeanty but don't want to trade up for anyone)
No one is trying to trade up in front of the Vikings though as most teams don’t believe they will submit their pick in time.
If Jeanty fall to 10 they will run the pick up. We'll see if the smoke around Jeanty at #5 or more likely #6 is real or not. The question I have is if Jeanty somehow does make it past LVR, do the Bears move up to #7 to get him or do they feel confident that 7-9 won't take him?
Ben Devine is such a tool
I almost feel like front offices are just having fun with the media right now. Every mock draft is exactly the same and there is no way they are all right about it. Especially, these Twitter dopes who overanalyze every statement and spin them into something deep. It's pretty funny
I don't know how to feel about this if it's the Bears.
It would be so Bears to trade up for Jeanty in the deepest RB class in a decade. If Jeanty fall to 10 they will run the pick up. We'll see if the smoke around Jeanty at #5 or more likely #6 is real or not. Well you are arguing semantics. He's a pretty good pass rusher or you wouldn't be talking about trading for him for such. It's his pass rush talent/ability I am weigher here, not actual specific stats (which I used to express that pass rush ability). And yes, the Eagles didn't have double digit sack guys because they had so many pass rushers... which is my EXACT point. It's not a luxury, it's a strength. It's the core of their defense. He’s had double digits in 1 of 3 years, not splitting snaps. I think it’s probably a reach to call him that going forward if he’s getting reduced snaps.
The Eagles are exactly when I referred to when I said if they had the luxury to keep 3 edges. Eagles have no holes. They also had no double digit sack guys and didn’t have 3 first round picks for edges.
