Wow. That's all I can say.....it's why the NHL game is so great. Anyone can beat anyone with the right bounces....love seeing Hawk point shots actually getting to the goalie.

I thought Highmore got that first goal as well, thought he tipped it just enough to change the course of Maatas shot.

Bad news that the hawks could not convert on all those stupid penalties by edmonton, then taking a run at Dachs knee when he was not at fault by checking the guy that got hurt. Damn I miss Gilbert.

That power play was really good Monday, the one timers Kubalik got were there, now he is standing with his back to the front of the net for two games in a row. Gotta make some changes other than Kane and Toews switching sides every once in a while.

Well, that was completely unexpected -- I was sure the Hawks were dead before Highmore tied it, what a huge goal for that kid after that horrendous turnover.

If you would have told me that Maatta and Koekkoek would be this productive offensively in this series, I wouldn't have believed you, yet here we are.

Hawks' special teams are still atrocious: 1-6 PP and 2-3 PK. And McDavid and Draisaitl continue to have their way.

That said, that was a series-changing win last night. At this point, I will be shocked if the Hawks don't advance.
