I may be in the minority, but hard pass for a 32 year old that has only started 29 games since 2019. Resigning Hicks would only make sense if the contract terms were extremely favorable to the Bears but Hicks would most likely never agree to that.

Id keep Hicks as the 3T if he promised not to get injured and will limit those 15 yard penalities going forward

Don't think they will cut Whitehair as they already short on OL.
Would you do this? Cut Whitehair as a post June designation and extend JDaniels like this at 4/40M?

It is nearly cap neutral this season and only slightly less next season and you get an easily arguable better IOL that is 5 years younger and saves $28M in real money on an overpaid CW.
