1. A whistle during the play, and the play not called dead as it should be by rule.
2. A timeout not granted before the snap, but granted after the play was over, negating the play.
3. A ruling on a catch/fumble vs. incompletion that "will be explained by the league, but not during the game"

By rule, the play with the whistle is to be blown dead. They should have replayed the play. There is no way it is correct. I am glad Cincy got a TD, but the rule is clear, and the refs fucked that up.

The others may have ended up correct, but it was abad look. The second play I listed had a 5 minute huddle of officials with two flags on the field, and ended up a time out. Bad look.

There are RULES, and they need to be followed.

I didn't think the whistle impacted the play, and had they called it dead as they should, it would have been shitty for Cincy because the ref screwed up blowing it.

But I am simply stating there IS a rule covering the situation, and it WAS NOT applied.
