I quasi-disagree (told ya it would happen) a young team like this should lend itself to trying different combinations on the floor. Plus, it's December. If they're still doing this in February and March I'd agree.

haha I’m fine with different combos. I just don’t think hockey like subs after a few minutes is good for a young player. I think young guys need 7-8 minute stretches at times to get into a groove on the court.

So I see I didn't miss much after the 1st quarter since feeding / putting my daughter to bed.

This team needs a true PG.

been saying that too. Coby has potential, but it’s not as a distributor. They need someone to get the ball where it’s supposed to be, and safely

Gafford needs to play more. He’s the only legit rim protector we have

He is not a starting SG, and I agree he’s nit an NBA starting PG. Sooooo, not good.

That could be a result of a new coach/system. More concerning to me was that he looks too slow to be a starter let alone an impact NBA player, just not athletic enough. Welp.
Yeah, but I'm not buying that excuse. He was the safe player who was supposed to be smart. He should know, regardless of system, when he should be rotating and helping on defense. Some of his lapses on transition in the first quarter were inexcusable, regardless of system.

This team is going to have to start selling sooner rather than later.

agreed. He’s a bench scorer. Guy that can come in and give an offensive spark at times. And that’s OK for that to be the case. Just many seem to think that’s insulting the kid

This upcoming draft pick is so crucial. We need someone like Cunningham or Suggs.

He is a perennial 6th man contender as a combo G. He'll never be a full time starter in this league on a good team. He can be another Lou Williams type of player---not good enough as a PG and not big enough to play SG full time

I’m glad people are starting to wake up to what coby is and isn’t at least
