The OL is obviously still a work in progress, but I like the way Poles methodically addressed the position in FA and the draft then evaluated what he had in camp and re-addressed needs with vets who fit the scheme.

So much national attention goes to splash moves but this is the right way to build.
Yup. Furthermore, he started with rookies and then he built out with vets. He wants to keep as young as possible, but is now using his war chest to get the kind of talent that can play in the NFL, even if it’s at an average level, because it is light years better than we had before.

This is how you build a team. My man Big Poles is playing Spades.

Projected starters: Riley Reiff, Cody Whitehair, Lucas Patrick, Michael Schofield III, Larry Borom

Predicted pass block rank: No. 13
Predicted run block rank: No. 11

This is a pretty stunning rank for the Bears' offensive line, but they have a few things going for them. Reiff and Schofield -- late additions just before training camp -- help bolster the line. Borom, a fifth-round pick a year ago, posted a very solid 90% PBWR last season in 10 games, 21st among tackles. And Patrick should be an asset in the ground game after ranking third in RBWR among centers last season with the Packers.

@nc0gnet0 Lions ranked 26th in these metrics. Thoughts?
Please let him **** in the other thread

It is so funky that it had to be a gag by another poster here but no denials has me extremely concerned about MJY.
That's his fake ignore move. Catch him in his bs and expose the board to his ignorance enough and you'll find yourself there too. That is until he magically doesn't have you on ignore for something he cant possibly pretend to not see, like when you catch DBB in a lie.

Kind of cringe commentary to make coming from a guy who actually DOXXED a half dozen CCS members and kept a file of their pictures you collected that you then published on the site, got banned for it, then come back with yet another username, then tried to catfish several posters through DM with a fake personality to do something likely more nefarious.

You didn't get away with it though, and tried to fake apologize, and made up some story about some random poster approaching you unsolicited with poster's private info, and anyone who's been around knows this, yet some how you're lecturing members here on their internet behavior like everyone's forgeotten.

did YOU forget?

If so this is your reminder.

@anyone please tag him and reply to this so he can't use his fake ignore excuse to leave this unacknowledged.

Thanks

Looks like it was under thrown and if that CB actually went full speed and not just slowed down, would have been batted down or picked. Gotta hit them in stride Fields. Let’s get it!
Most disappointing think about Fields to this point is his inconsistent accuracy. Any other struggles this early into the system are expected. But, to be elite, he has to be accurate and that is something you either have or don’t.

I agree. I hope he has it and more time than not though. At the end, I’ll point out the things I don’t like or want him to improve on but as long as he’s the starter, I’m rooting hard for him and the rest of the 53 man squad! I can’t pick the players that make the team so I’ll just root hard as a die hard Bears fan. All I can do.

Not disagreeing with this but timing in a new system with new Wrs can play a role with accuracy. I think only time will tell and his accuracy or lack of it will be more apparent as the season goes on.
