Well I don't think that speech was intended to highlight things to implement. It was to motivate them. I would expect the implementation to come in actually position group meetings and the like as you would have to tailor implementation to specific sides of the ball or position groups. But sure in the end, the proof will be in the results.
His knee cap speech was much better. Much more motivating

Interesting. I actually was looking at JSN’s measurables and watching highlight videos of him the other day, and I came away less impressed than I thought. Heard a ton of hype about him and came away wanting more. Doesn’t mean he won’t be good…Calvin Ridley was a late 1st rounder too. I actually think that’s a pretty decent comp
