lol you have some of the worst football takes of all time

They are comedy gold. SNL should bring back "Deep Thoughts" by Jack Handey but instead do "Football Hot Takes" by Montucky.

I think the most accurate read on camp so far is the Bears overall are better than we thought they were, even if the quarterback isn't progressing. I don't see a lot of panic teebeeych.
How are they overall better than "we" thought? By the sounds of it, they seem to be exactly where realistic people expected them to by based on everything we know. and if Fields hasn't progressed, which is questionable considering people at camp have said that his footwork is better and his release is quicker, how are they better when the most important player they need to progress isn't progressing?

You are incapable of going 3 posts without posting a redundant gif or changing the subject. All of your football takes are garbage and fake. remy owned you. Get over it.

@Anytime23 trying to post football thoughts after being exposed from the bathroom at fat camp.

They're better defensively at all levels than most people thought and there a couple of emergent players at surprise positions that offer some hope. The coach seems to be vastly less idiotic than his predecessor.

The offensive line has yet to come together, but the veteran additions and Braxton Jones story at least offer a semi-plausible path to it not being the worst unit in the NFL. The wide receivers are abysmal except for one guy, but we knew that all along. Both units are bad, but neither are worse than we thought they were.

I thought they were like a three win team around OTA's. Now they feel more like a seven win team.

Based on the defense getting the better end of a brand new offense ran by what’s universally regarded as the worst offensive roster in the NFL? and a QB who you say can’t play?

Lol ok

Kyler Gordon isn't seriously hurt. Something that wasn't so clear a few months ago when he was missing OTA's.
The Bears are clearly not trading Robert Quinn, who is by a margin their best defensive player.
Jaylon Johnson got off to a rough start with this coach but seems to have come around.
I haven't heard much about Eddie Jackson pissing anyone off by half-assing it, no news is good news on that front I'd reckon.

So yeah, these were some question marks that aren't big worries anymore. It's got nothing to do with clowning on the Bears offense every day in practice.

Best Dan Campbell quotes:

"You don't have to be faster than the Bear just faster than your buddy that you ate the kneecaps off of."

"Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and I will eat your children."

"A bird in the hand isn't as good as a pet Lion at practice, but you can eat a bird."

OK now these are real:

'Look, I'm not carrying your toilet paper around. I'm not gonna wipe your butt. You're gonna wipe your own butt.'

"I said this when I walked in. There was a number of guys that were here and I think (Matt) Patricia and (Bob) Quinn did a great job of, there’s no turds here."

"I'll tell you what I would really love to do, just in general. I've talked to (Lions owner) Sheila (Ford Hamp) about this. I don't think we're going to be able to do it, but I would love to literally just have a pet lion. Just a legit pet lion on a chain — a big-ass chain. And he just, he really is my pet. We just walk around the building, we go out to practice, we're in 7-on-7, we're behind the kicker when he's kicking. We're just … there we are."

"A true alpha knows when it's time to concede"

"We’re gonna kick you in the teeth, and when you punch us back we’re gonna smile at you, and when you knock us down we’re going to get up, and on the way, we’re going to bite a kneecap off. We’re going to stand up, and it’s going to take two more shots to knock us down. And on the way up, we’re going to take your other kneecap, and we’re going to get up, and it’s gonna take three shots to get us down. And when we do, we’re gonna take another hunk out of you."

"I would tell you, you transfer energy, without physically even touching 'em, things like that happen, guys." -

Well...the HC was in his ear earlier in TC.

I guess the Ebe's is not the one to piss off
