CM Punk punched a fan last night and he screwed up pretty bad because he got the wrong guy. If you watch the 2nd video closely, it looks like the guy Punk hits hit Punk in the back of the head first while reaching for his glasses but it's actually the guy behind that guy who pushes Punk hard in the back of the head.

I think they'll take what lawsuit comes of it just fine since it will help push their angle of making Punk a heel. They've been trying desperately for that lately.

Now they changed the main event for Survivor Series. Punk was taken out of the traditional tag team elimination match against Team Foley to defend the WWE title in a triple threat match against Ryback & Cena.
