Absolutely. This is as far as the 49ers go.
They are going to get blown out in a laugher next week.
I wouldn’t say that. The 49ers are one of those teams that seem to find a way. I don’t always know how, but they do. Plus, they own the Rams (if that’s who they play)

They did twice, but their defense is hurting.
A couple broken plays and down by a couple scores, the rout will be on. Jimmy will implode.

just my opinion, but the packers in the cold were the only team I thought they could get by.
The bucs or the rams in decent weather will put them on their heels, and who knows what shape williams and samuel will be in.

Either team they face will put up 30+ points and I dont think san fran can match that.

The honest truth is that as long as Rodgers has a functioning right arm, his team will be a playoff contender. I want the niners to bounce them as much as anyone, and they have an honest shot to do it, but I think the smart money would be on GB.

Though I did put money on SF
Well I am guaranteed to make some cash in my playoff pool. Enough people had Tennessee v GB, or had either Tenn or GB winning it all, that I cam guaranteed to be top 8.

Depends on who they play. If it's TB, probably done. If it's the Rams, 49ers seem to have their number.

I’m not disagreeing with this, but I personally don’t see the 9ers being blown out. Like I mention, they always seem to find a way this year. If Samuel can’t play next week, it will certainly hurt them, but watch Mitchell or Aiyuk go off.

If this game would have been played in San fran or a dome, I never would have posted this.
But as soon as I saw the weather report, I knew green bay was done.

Rodgers is a great player, he has great touch on his passes.. but 25 years of working outside in a job that requires fine motor skills taught me those skills are gone within minutes of exposure in single digit temps.
He can keep his hands warm on the sidelines and start drives well, but after a few minutes he was fucked- starting drives well but falling apart the longer he was out there.

Rodgers is only 6'2" with an average hand size... he has to grip the ball harder in the cold and that effects the release.

... the packers just couldnt get out of their own way. Being ahead the entire game, and only running 20 times?
Lafleur put the game squarely on Rodgers shoulders, and he was absolutely unable to carry the load.
One thing I will add is that I thought the defense of the 9ers would bother Rogers. He hates pressure and getting hit. I like your insights into his motor skills. I had no idea that would be part of his demise. He is a good QB, but you have to wonder about the chaos he causes in the locker room. It seems to be all about him. Great players do not do that. Tom Brady does not do this.

Care for rebuttal?
Holding niners to two field goals not bad defense. Special teams coordinator should be packing but I wonder what LeFleur was thinking when they stopped them on 4th and 1 and immediately started throwing instead of running? Keep the clock going make them burn time outs. The division is wide open now boys and girls
