I have seen this twice now by me , people selling firewood advertising it as ' organic firewood".

A little research on-line here i understand it to be the tree, firewood cut with an axe.

Im going to stop when i go that way again to find out for sure.

And i would think they want more money for it.

Its like trying to give rid of a couch for free, you cant give it away , but if you advertise it for $ 50.00 someone will buy it.

For it to be truly organic wouldn't the ax head have to be hand made from some type of stone (similar to an old artifact) and not a manufactured metal one? :dunno:

And, who would the buyer be? I know a vegan very dedicated to that lifestyle that uses chainsaw cut firewood.

I dont know , from my research it said cut with an axe but no oil on the bar from the chain saw cutting wood.

I dont let my cornish cross chickens go free range, i want them not to use energy foraging for bugs and such. I want them bigger and fatter

I am sure that if it was being sold on the side of the road out of a pickup truck that it is certainly certified Organic.
