Lol this 2nd paragraph is literally you admitting you talked about more than just those five teams and how you did complain about 2 and 3 loss teams as I claimed

You are remarkably broken these days, Remy
SMH I talked about them to explain why a 4 game playoff was better IMO.

Instead of having an undefeated or 1 loss team crying about being left out it is going to be a team like 3 loss Bama crying.

Cool, so you did in fact bring it up. Got it!

@TL1961 how about Pat Bryant to the Bears for a 6th/7th round pick? Could do a lot worse. He could be the backup possession receiver next year, considering there is very little depth at WR on the Bears

This is no different than NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL. A lot more teams make the playoffs in each than most people think deserve it. So what, every so often one of those teams thst has "no shot" goes on a roll as a huge underdog and wins it.

And I will take the opposite side of the argument that this year only these 4 deserve it. Those 4 are not total locks over other teams like they were in the past.
The difference in those sports is the teams that make it make it by a set of rules that are not determined by a vote voter. That is not necessarily the case in the college football playoff.

My nephew keeps insisting Bryant will be a pro.

We’ll see. I could live with that for a 6/7.

Northwestern scored a touchdown to make it 28 to 20 and the color analyst was pointing out that Illinois was unhappy because Northwestern had run a pick play.

The play-by-play guy, never missing a chance to use a cliché, then says “hey, no harm, no foul, right?”

How the **** is it no harm when they scored a touchdown on the play, dumbass?

He has the physicality for it, he is limited but you could do a lot worse for a 4th or 5th WR. He will have time to develop

Also I never understood how DB Burke on OSU got preseason AA consideration. Every time I watch him he’s getting burned or giving up a DPI(as he did just now).

Granted it's a rivalry, but here's an unranked team taking it to the #2. I rest my case.
Yeah a 7-5 Michigan team is much better than some shit 5-7 Kansas team. Apples to oranges comparison.

I don't get your point at all. My point, and it has been all year, and in this case directed at remy, is anybody can beat anybody on any given day in at least the top 20 or so teams.

P S. The hatred towards the BIG 12 in this group is way the **** off.
