I don’t know the dynamics of the Cam Ward/DJU recruitment but I never understood how FSU didn’t land Ward.
Maybe Cam just wanted to live in Miami instead of Tallahassee who knows.
Aside from that or the Miami NIL money being so much more, why wouldn’t Cam want to go to a rising program instead of a mediocre program for his senior year?
FSU would have at least won a game at this point.

From what i heard it was absolutely the NIL money that it came down to.

Tennessee looked focused and Nico looked polished. Granted against poor competition, but they were focused on that opponent

Meanwhile, NC State struggled with their inferior opponent

I just think Tennessee is too explosive for NC State to handle. Just gotta keep that focus

Every shool is throwing NIL money around now. Using that as the constant excuse as to why Norvell can't recruit is lazy thinking. He had his sugar rush high of a season because his super senior QB covered up his terrible play calling with his playmaking ability.

Everytime my someones fav school gets beat out its the same lame excuse.

This is absolutely brutal. Looked like our trash QB gained some confidence on our last drive but then couldn't hit open targets in the red zone/end zone.
