. My point is, there are legit reasons to own a treadmill, especially in a cold weather state
You can't just run laps in your house or just literally run in place???

Laps in your house, probably not for most people. Running in place, you get a much better workout on a treadmill. I'd argue both are way more boring that running on a treadmill, and if you want to get serious or even semi-serious about running, the convenience of a treadmill makes sense, again especially in cold weather states. You can't just run laps in your house or just literally run in place???

I'm just curious here -- do you know how much a treadmill costs? You can get one for the price of a decent flat screen. No offense, but your argument is terrible on multiple levels and it's only getting worse. Note: not everyone can run outside in extremely cold temperatures. And I'd argue the difference between the two are not worth thousands of dollars, but I am not trying to straight up tell people how they should spend their money.
Also....running & biking in the cold is way more refreshing than in the heat or indoors, but I am not trying to straight up tell people how much to sweat.
Dude probably does body squats and jumping jacks. Its the perfect piece of workout equipment for low T males who don't have the balls to be seen in a gym or out in nature where real biking happens. While you're at it, get some of those colorful plastic bands for some intense muscle building exercise.
I'm crafting a diy rowing machine and see this thread and realize that I am gonna have to buy a kayak and dump my ass into the calumet if I'm gonna keep up with all the alphas on here smh.
