Well it should have been clear what I meant since I said 2 teams from the very beginning. Certainly would have made things clearer.

I don't think the LA Kings are in any state of uncertainty in their current market though, so maybe it still should have been clear as you read it too though... you both misunderstood lol.

I agree that I misread it to begin with, but I said my argument was the market of Seattle supporting two teams in the first post I made is all I was pointing out.

Maybe he thought you type-o'd and meant two winter sports teams (with the NFL being in a different class).

I don't know how that statement could have been any clearer.

I definitely could see Seattle as a hockey market. I think there are some other good markets out there as well especially in Canada, but yeah 1 team could definitely work out there.

Nordiques is the one I was pulling for because it would be the coolest of the options that seemed likely. I don't know if Hartford really could support a team or not, but it would be awesome to get those unis back.

I didn't remember that myself so I had to do some googling, and it appears the stadium was originally built adjacent to a mall.

I was talking to a guy on Xbox while playing NHL 12 and he said this guy in Hartford owns a sports store told him, that he sells way more whalers stuff now then when they played....pretty funny.
