Whoa. This blindsided me. Why is he facing suspension? I wasn't aware of that situation at all.

Per ESPN.

Poor browns fans. Even when everybody is happy during what should be a celebration weekend, they still shit on.

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon could face a season-long suspension after a second failed drug test months ago, this time for marijuana, sources told "Outside the Lines" on Friday.

Reached by phone Friday afternoon, Gordon said: "That's something you're going to have to talk to [agent] Drew Rosenhaus about. I really don't know anything about it."

Asked whether he planned an appeal of his suspension and test, Gordon said, "I'm going to have to find out about that later. You need to call Drew," before hanging up.

Rosenhaus declined to comment but said the information was "not true."

What an idiot. This guy is always getting in trouble, just when he started to make a mark in the NFL.

I was on YouTube watching clips of "fan reactions" to drafting Manziel. Wow is all I have to say. Those fans need something to cheer for and its really sad.

People crying, losing there voices, its incredible really.

Don't worry everyone, they'll still talk about Manziel on ESPN four hours a day.

Yes, he's an idiot.

But this is ridicules, suspending stars for weed. It's 2014, there is no reefer madness. It would make more sense to punish players for drinking beer.

Yes I know it's still illegal, but really, take it off the list of things they test for. Owners smoke weed, maybe not Virginia, but at least some owners.

He's being punished for choosing a safer alternative to alcohol. He's an idiot for getting busted, but it's still wrong.

Even though marijuana is being legalized in parts of the country, your employer still sets the rules of your employment. Just because alcohol is legal doesn't mean I can show up drunk to work.

This really isn't news because they have been talking about it for months, nobody pays attention to the Browns is all. Everyone thought the Browns would take Sammy Watkins because of Gordon's potential suspension.
