My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  2. Villanova Wildcats
I remember that. I was supposed to go but bailed at the last minute. My friends all took acid and somehow stole a dump truck outside of Athens when they got home that night. They parked the truck in the middle of the street and couldn’t figure out how to turn off the headlights so they smashed them out.

That might have been 1999.

Edit: it was 98

I have really gotten into Widespread Panic the last few years.

This one is picking up steam. Justin's bargaining position is getting stronger by the day. He is definitely going to get life changing/generational wealth type money.

Go get that bag💰💰Justin!..... go get it!!.... I aint mad at ya. ..... congrats to a good dude!
You worked your arse off Justin..... glad to see it all paying off for you.

Cue the ever so jealous crash out crew in 3, 2, 1..........................

Jets predicted to replace Aaron Rodgers with $18 million former first round QB

The Jets could look to select a quarterback within the first few rounds of April's draft, but Jets Wire's Craig Moffett predicts the team will sign Pittsburgh Steelers signal-caller Justin Fields in free agency.

"He's the type of quarterback that can be had on a team friendly deal as there won't be many starting positions available. Add Tyrod Taylor as quality backup insurance and the quarterback room doesn't look as bleak as we may have thought," Moffett added.

Fields started the first six games of the 2024 campaign for the Steelers and played the most efficient football of his career, completing 65.8% of his passes with ten total touchdowns and just two turnovers with a 93.3 passer rating. The former Ohio State Buckeye showed a ton of growth last season and showcased why he deserves a second chance as a full-time starter.

Hope something like this happens and he shows he deserved it. A deal like that is still a placeholder type signing for a QB but he could rent with option to buy.:)

Good edit job removing the smiley face from the end of your “positive” comment.

Me and a few buddies went. No taxis available, so we had to walk home afterwards which took awhile. Still a great time though. They can put on an insane show.

Seriously though. It’s not just about the money — although that is truly life changing money — but more than that, I am glad to see teams truly appreciating what he can become if he is FINALLY given proper coaching and a decent team around him.

Justin is a guy who played by the rules, never complained, has always been a great teammate and standup young man…. and now his time is arriving.

This is a win for the good guys.

What says he will have proper coaching and a good team? Teams with those things aren't usually looking for starting QBs.
A lot of the Fields Fan Club said good coaching was Tomlin and Tomlin was going to mold Fields into the Steelers franchise QB.

They don't really have the money to be in on QBs. They're negative 32 million in effective cap. I think it's otherwise a solid spot to be for a QB like Fields... but can't see them doing it.
Not sure the status of the Watson contract is now that he has videos of himself dancing in crutches/a boot and tore his Achilles again.

And who knows how legit this rumor is - even if it was, I don't see Fields going there either. I still think they double dip with Kirk + a rookie.

No fucking clue what the Raiders are doing. There's been very little out of them thus far.
