I have been listening to Alicia Keys Unplugged. Great stuff kinda throw back to old R&B meets hip hop. For something completely different try OAR live at MSG. Great fun party band that is easy to listen to. U2's new album is great and they always amazing live. I could go on and on as this is a topic I enjoy as much as talking about the Bulls.

Something about U2 really turns me away, can't quite figure out what it is but I was never able to get into their music. I feel the same way about Dave Matthews Band. OAR is a band I've been meaning to check out for quite awhile, the few songs I've heard have been pretty good chill music. Which CD would you recommend that isn't live?

Check out OAR Live From MSG, but if your not into DMB I question whether this would be something you would like. Tell me what you listen to and I a\will see if I can come up with a few suggestions.

I have a pretty diverse taste in music....

Favorites: Incubus, Sublime, Bob Dylan, Pearl Jam, Jimmy Hendrix, A Tribe Called Quest, Lupe Fiasco, Nas...

Lately I've been listening to: Slightly Stoopid, Wale, Dr Dog, Atmosphere

Anyone going to Summer Fest or Lollapalooza this summer? Was just checking out the lineups, there are a few enticing names.

I would love to see Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson at Summerfest.

That cool bluegrass band was probably "Old Crow Medicine Show." They are the currently my favorite band. In 2004 they would have been touring on their album OCMS.

I went and saw "Testament" Friday at the HOB. Most slept on metal band of all time.

If u lost touch with Pearl Jam over the years I recommend getting their 3 middle albums: No Code, Yield, Binaural. This is their best work IMO.

Anyone get Relapse or 21st Century Breakdown.

Thought 21st Century Breakdown is a pretty solid album. I've only given it two listens right now. I'd give it a B on the initial listens through.

Relapse is just a crazy album. It is one of the darkest albums.

It starts with this skit:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYT3r6cD200

I was listening to it at like 4 in the morning, pitch dark. Listening to the album was like a nightmare. I wasn't expecting an album like this after the first two singles.

Its a pretty bad CD, not classic Eminem. The song with the step farther molesting the kid and than killing himself. Didnt enjoy the CD at all, worst 3 dollars I ever spent(yea bootleg, thats how I roll lmao). Also he mentioned taking prescription meds every two seconds.

Great album i downloaded a few weeks ago & finally purchased it today. It takes a few listens & yes I think "Insane" thou it has a sick beat it also some literally sick lyrics, but according to Em, that was his point to make the most vile disgusting rhyme so bad you may puke.

Same song & dance is a banger if released as a single

Deja Vu & Beautiful have the makings of top charting songs!

Haha, $3 for a bootleg? You should just download it and copy it to like a 5 cent CD.

I'm not listening to Eminem's CD anymore, or Green Day's. Both were rather mediocre.

Is anyone here going up to Country Thunder in July?

Give me ideas.

I have rankings up to post 500 so far.

I'll be updating as the day moves on.

If I come up with shit ranks, let me know and I'll remove them.

Thanks Tater-- need to update the "Screened by Burish."

There's a few new, a few old.

Custom, or at a certain level?

I was thinking maybe Peter Bondra's 500th as the 500th post.

Drafted by Tallon - That's a good one.

How about "McDonough Loves You" for a certain 4-5 posters :-D

1-10 should be "Sidney Crosby's Barbie Doll"

See, I like this one, but only because I am a huge fan of his. Yes StuG, if I was to claim to be a fanboy of any player, I would be a Bondra fanboy. Being here in DC, and the fact that the gentleman that sat next to me at Caps games knows Peter well (has coached his kid) I have had the opportnuity to meet and talk to him numerous times.

So there you go Stu, you can make the (in)appropriate jokes to me now like I did you and Niemi.
