There is a huge slew of options in between Stafford performing spinal surgery at a victory parade and him turning around and walking away. Something as simple as walking over to where she fell and seeing if she is ok while calling for help would suffice.

Doesn't seem like she appears headed down that road by her positive posts since, but I would bet you couldn't throw a rock in LA and, counting ricochets, not hit 3 lawyers willing to claim that not having a rail on the stage was a foreseeable risk, esp for someone tasked with having their attention towards taking photos of the players.
