No, I would hope that he would show a bit of compassion in the moment. Yet he just walks away to party with his friends, leaving his wife to deal with the situation.
Not even considering the poor woman who fell, have you even considered how little regard he had for his own wife?
Go deal with the mess. I'm going out to party with my friends.
And for anyone who said that he went off and paid for the medical bills and the camera, who do you think really came up with that solution: Stafford, his wife or his agent?
There are two potential answers and none of them are Matt Stafford.

Either his wife showed compassion and paid for everything or his agent is trying to salvage the situation.

He looked like a horrible person either way. Even if he is paying any bills, it does not make up for apparent lack of humanity.
I was in no way defending him. I just noticed the arm gesture after watching the clip a few times, and the way he turned, right when she touched him, felt like they might have been on the same page for him to leave the scene and she would take care of it.
Watching again sober, I agree it is pretty clear that she was trying to grab his arm and he turned his back on her as well, making him even more of an asshole.

yea...those tweets may be mean and she may be abusing the English language, but it wasn't mean. I did run across some of her tweets where she used the n-word tho. From what I saw, she was just using it the same way African Americans use it with each other. Although she probably shouldn't use those words, it didn't show racist intent.

And your immediately jumping to condemn him on the same 3 second clip, based on prior prejudice. Who knows what transpired, how aware he was of the seriousness of the situation, etc. Probably at least partially intoxicated, it might not have occurred to him how far the fall was.
