Roquan hasn't broken out on the national level. This year I see him becoming a star for the reasons i mentioned.

Monty, a third rounder coming from nowhere.
Roquan was a top pick, a great season isn't a "breakout", should be expected.

Daniel was on my short list.

Can you guys please not include our center who has a real last name in Daniels and our QB who has another first name for a last name in Daniel? Thank you.

Miller by a mile, he is going to leap forward and put the league on notice.

Mitch was a #2 overall, but according to most, he has yet to "break out". Let's hope it begins now.

Agree with what's said so far.

I think Roquan Smith already broke out with his dominant performance in the playoff game. He was the best player on the field that night. I think Trubisky and Anthony Miller getting on the same page is the key to an offensive breakout, so I’ll go with Miller.

I’ll go with Deon Bush. Haha will get injured and Bush will never let go of the starting job. Honorable mention to Iggy. They need him to break out so they can feel confident in replacing Trevathan and invest that cap money into Whitehair/Jackson.

If by breakout player you mean someone relatively unknown that people start noticing I would go with Miller on offense and Nichols on defense. If you mean someone whom has had an average career to this point but takes their game to the next level I would go with Skrine on defense, rimarily because of Pagano's experience as a db coach. But what I really really hope is for Eddy Pineiro (or a kicker to be named later) to break out or at least be competent.
