Honestly, Tuners dont bother me that much- It is the revving asshats that really need to be put in their place. I cant resist it at times.

... I know what it feels like on the other side of the coin though. Used to have a 2000 Camaro supersport. I pulled up to a light headed in to a merge at about 10 PM, sitting right next to a charger srt. Had no idea what kind of power they had.
I floored it, he kept pace with me through first and second gear... honked, waved, floored it, and left me in his dust. What a dismal feeling.

.

I don't see many tuners in my area. I see spoiled kids in stock vettes and mustangs that have no idea what a fast car is. Those are the kids that get mad because i won't run them.

Well I mean are you running some sort of bloody pro-mod setup that risks blowing itself up on multiple runs? If not then why aren't you taking the easy money? If they are only offering up grudge races then I can understand denying it.

I love my F150. Yesterday going to watch the Grandkids I was running 70 and getting 23 mpg. It's the supercrew so it's a big truck but drives like a much smaller vehicle.

I just bought a truck. It's fucking awesome. It's easily as nice as most high end luxury cars on the market. Plus it's functional, I will never go back. Ride and gas mileage sound similar to yours.

I drive a CTSV with a GM LSA

Nice. Very nice. I was strongly considering the CTSV when I bought my truck. Maybe in a few years when I retire the other vehicle and looking for a new car. Do you have the sedan or the coupe? I like the way the coupe looks, but rear visibility seems like it would be a problem, especially if you're tall. Plus I have kids, so a 4 door would be better vs. having them climbing in and fucking stuff up.

I have the sedan for the reasons you mentioned.
