He wanted to much money, Patriots have other priorities to resign. 3rd round pick, knowing The Patriots he'll be another pro bowler or Hall of Famer.

Nah...this isn't play related.

This dude must of fucked somebody he shouldn't have. Krafts grandson, or Belicek's niece. I mean...this was a giant fuck you. Stupid move by both parties.

As someone pointed out...what the fuck are the Browns doing? Trying to increase opportunity to get him to sign for Von Miller money with them?

Why would you lose a third round pick to finish out a tank year?

Imagine how pissed we would be.

nah...if we were on a dominating playoff run and traded Briggs mid-season for no reason in say 2006.

I think most of us would be more angry right now if we traded a pick away for a top defender due to hit free agency at seasons end.

There must be something more to this than BB is saying. I personally think it's a money driven move. BB thinks he's good, but not as good as the contract he's going to demand, so he's gonna cut his losses now and get something in return.

It would be insane if the Patriots go after Jones or Collins in free agency.

Right now the Patriots have a rogue player. This trade is going to show him how it feels to play for a shit franchise without a clue, expose his abilities, and is the only way they could sign the player they want at their price where he wants to come back and buy into the patriot way.

Just what the Patriots need, more draft-picks, especially 3rd round or above.
