The project/experiment is over. Sorry guys its time. He couldnt even see the floor in this series after game one. Please he had a decent year so lets sell high while he still has value. I am so tired of his yo-yo act.

One other thing: Skiles saw it, Boylan saw it, and now Vinny has seen it.

If you could, then no duh.

However, that's not overly likely.

It doesnt have to be Bosh, a nice vet and a pick would be fine.

Trade tyrus to veteran team that needs athleticism and get a thug like Perkins

I don't know whether you trade Tyrus, but it's clear that the gamble on taking him didn't pay off, and he's not our starting PF of the future.

If we keep him I'd be inclined to tell him to go back to the out of control but often brilliant player he was in his first year and try to get 20 minutes out of him off the bench. Tell him we don't care how many fouls he commits, just terrorise the other team and be a difference maker. Because at the moment the 30 minutes of him trying to be a solid starter just doesn't really work.

HA let's trade him to the Celtics for Perkins or Big Baby. At least that way we have some bulk down low.

I'm tempted to give him another off season to learn how to play PF (box out, rebound, set screens) but at the same time if we can move him for a good young PF or C (move Noah to PF in that case) then I'd take a shot

In his first year he didn't take jump shots and he was everywhere on defense.

If the 2010 free agents sign extensions and we no longer have to care about taking on salary past 2010 then trade him for whatever, but the fact he's expiring means it's hard for us to trade him without taking on salary or just swapping him for some other expiring crap.

Basically I don't see how you're going to get much for him, he has one year left so may as well try to make the most out of what we have.

I'm not convinced about Big Baby. Guys with his shape (build seems an inappropriate word to describe it) have often showed promise but not lasted long.

I agree newskoolbulls. One guy I like is Patrick Patterson. He's a little short, but he's beefy and has a lot of power. I think he would be a good addition.

I think Bosh will stay with Raptors, Amare might be traded though.

Patterson is overrated. If this draft had some good big men he would be an end of round pick in 1st round

It would be absolute madness to pick up Baby in favor of Thomas, regardless of his flaws. Come on guys - realize who you're talking about....BIG BABY. BIG BABY.

The guy is GARBAGE.

Thomas can be a game changer when his head is in and he is in. Unfortunately, Vinny Del Idiot didn't give him enough of a chance to be either of those things coming down to it tonight (or really at all during the playoffs). I realize Thomas has the brain of a brick and will probably never be even a tenth of what his natural abilities would allow him to be but let's all take a deep breath before we start talking about BIG BABY any further.
