Nice that people are getting exercise, but I don't think staring at your phone and not paying attention to what's going on around you is very bright.

Most of the people I see playing seem to have a buddy with them, to avoid falling into those uncovered manholes.

Pokemon GO for iOS and Android is just one side of the story. In order to take things up a notch, Nintendo announced that it will be selling the official Pokemon GO Plus accessory for players. What the accessory, or rather, the wearable, does is, pair with your smartphone and ping you when a Pokemon is nearby using an LED indicator light and vibration.

But that’s not all. Once it vibrates on your wrist, or anywhere you’ve attached the accessory, you simply press a button on Pokemon GO Plus and it will toss a PokeBall at the Pokemon, catching it ultimately. This all happens without having to take your smartphone out of your pocket. But wait, there’s more – you even get a ping on the Plus whenever you’re near a PokeStop. Absolutely marvelous if you’re asking us.

Playing it now. But on a locked down device with no personal information attached. So not my primary or even secondary phone. LOL

Yeah, it's pretty fun. Also logging all external transfers made, and so far, its only gobbling GPS, contacts, and play store searches. Might throw up some other bunk stuff to see for myself what they are nabbing. So far it's less than the facebook app.

I stopped playing around the time they broke the nearby function, ~2 weeks ago. Just kinda got stale.

Left off at level 24, 1800 vaporeon I believe.

Guys was skating downtown there are some lure modules at poke stops. Being replaced pretty often and poke stop is around 16 feet next to it. Some guys were even screaming when a rare Pokemon popped out

Level 24 and a 1750 or so Vaporeon. If I actually powered it up I could probably get it up to near 2k. I think I only powered it up like once after I evolved it. Vaporeon is boring though, more proud of my Rhydon, Nidoking/queen, and Gengar even though they're technically worse.

I had to severely curtail playing because the app sucks so hard. odometer doesn't register, their method for it sucks so eggs never hatch. radar/sonar still not working. constant freezing. during peak times nothing shows up on the screen. It's just bad, maybe it will be bad enough that people will quit playing and lighten the load on the servers to make that app more usable. The GPS is horrendous as is all GPS in the city. My guy runs all over the place then the app tells me to start driving and I have to tell them i'm a passenger even though I'm walking.
