Damn it I just ate a good one. No pic now. Hawaiian slider bun, thin patty, slice of green pepper, pineapple, red onion, Swiss cheese and brown mustard to top it off. Very good.

I don't agree with you often. But that looks incredible if real
I have been going there for 25 years since they opened. They origionally featured this as a 10 ounce, garlic parmesan burger with a red mushroom sauce. They are very fastideous about how they are cooked and if you say medium rare that's how it comes out. The pickles are among the best I have had. My last one was dripping on the plate and my hands. It's so moist

I remember one date I took there in the 1980's. She was pissing me off and it looked like it would be our last moments together. I asked her if a ******** was out of the question. She stood up and walked out. I ate her food. I had a bigger appetite back then

I wonder if @brett05 gets his burgers served ICE COLD in the center and seared on the outside (after asking people permission) when the beef is of high quality, but opting for well-done when he's at burger king...

Why is a Parmesan cheese burger covered in cheddar?

IT'S NOT. THEY BROWN THE PARMESAN IN A GRILL AND IT TURNS ORANISH-BROWN

index.php

No, that is not what happens when you grill parm, this is what happens.

The picture you provided has orange cheese dripping down the side of the burger, parmesan is a dry cheese that will never melt like that obvious cheddar cheese in your picture. If you had actually ever had the burger you describe from the restaurant you claim, you would know that.

We all know you are a wierdo ommy, and that you lie about shit for no apparent reason, but burgers?

NOPE. Sorry but you are wrong.

The chef OBVIOUSLY, took parm and mixed it with water and orange food coloring, then added a little dash of sodium citrate, then stirred it up into a liquidy, orange parm "sauce" then took that and spread it out on parchment paper on a sheet pan, froze it, then cut slices of the liquidy orange parm sauce and then melted it on the top of burgers for their "Parmesan garlic burger" for some reason.

That is vastly superior to ommy's BS.

This is a pic of the Parmesan burger at The Assembly

Two possibilities, ommy can't tell the difference in the appearance of the two burgers or he just straight up lied, either way, WTF?
