I'd probably choose Beyond Burger over Impossible Burger, if I was inclined to do either. I would rather be eating pea protein than soy protein isolate.

I got free samples of them through my vendor. They are actually pretty good, but you have to cook them perfectly or no bueno.

Burgers should be simple. If you throw in a bunch of ingredients to the meat, might as well make meatloaf.
