your first sentence is the key to the game tonight

the celtics truly have figured us out and worse yet, they were in a groove offensively (which isnt hard to do considering our defense is pretty bad)

rose didn't see too much of the lane tonight, gordon didn't touch the ball coming off an off the ball screen, and they are getting a lot of hands in on our bigs whenever they receive the ball from the foul line in.

the celtics have our number and it's really just their series to lose at this point

I wouldnt call this series over. Sure we'll probably wont win, but can still give nice 6 or game series. I missed most of first half though, but it seemed like Noah was missing alot of easy shots

Its not even about figuring us out, it seems every loose ball or tip is going in their direction. They are shooting at a ridiculous percentage and even when we do make a stop, we cant grab the board.

Tonight to me seems all jitters. We were totally out of sync. The level of stupidity of the turnovers we were making in the first half were ridiculous.

Im going to say it now. As Perkins would say - It was nothing they did, it was all on us.

They didnt nothing different. We just completely folded. They still played a heck of a game, but not to the point that we were getting owned by 30.

Be ready for game 4.

If Ben Gordon leaves and John Salmons is our starting 2 guard well this team will be in serious trouble.

My how things have changed since we won game 1. Now it seems like everyone's all down. Welcome back to reality everyone. I don't feel bad that I missed much the game now. What I saw in the 1st quarter was garbage. Really off game from everyone. And what was with the free throw shooting? I can shoot better than that and I absolutely suck (or am very inconsistent, I could never figure that out, but I digress). There is always the next game, but now Celtics in 6 looks like a pretty good prediction.

I didnt think the Celts were anything special tonight, we were just especially bad.

This is the truth (no pun intended) and there's no denying it. Everything we usually do well we did very poorly (see free throw shooting). Not much the players can do but get ready for game 4.

i disagree...they know what we like to do on offense and they're stopping it...it's pretty much everything they're doing

even if we run the break more, the fact that we aren't doing it as much now is b/c of the celtics making their shots.

one of the major things that they are doing which is pretty much killing us is they arent allowing rose into the paint anymore. of the pick and roll they will just have their big step back to guard the paint and rose's man will recover if need be. without rose getting into the paint (which was what he did the majority of game one) and without gordon getting any type of good looks on off the ball screens, it's going to be a long tough series.

the celtics have taken away all the semi-easy shots.

Yes we did, we should have stepped on their throats in game 2 and deflated any chance they felt they had, yet we let guys like Glen and Kendrick ***** us around.

I'm still in shock as to how badly the Bulls starters shot the ball. 18 of 51? You have practically no chance of winning when your offense goes into the tank like that. Only slight hope is that the Bulls are better then that. It's not over, but the Celtics are firmly in the driver's seat.
