In the Lindy's 2017 NFL Draft Guide, Turbisky's pro comparison was Andy Dalton. Not sure how I feel about that.

Sounds like a gimmick offense that will have a short shelf life.
That's the only thing I worry about. We saw it with Chip Kelly and the Eagles. Year 1, they were unstoppable. Then defenses figured them out, and the offense became anemic.
If you keep Fox, you lose Fangio anyway. There were plenty of rumors he wanted to walk and didn’t get along with Fox (my guess is that Fox wants his say on the defense).his contract is up after this year, if Fox is here, he is gone.
Picking a offensive head coach may actually increase the odds that Fangio stays, as he would get the authority to run the defense as he sees fit.
One name not mentioned was David Shaw. He has ties to Fangio via Harbaugh’s staff at Stanford. He’s a Stanford alum so it might be tough to pry him away but he’s the ideal coach to come in here.

How does he feel about building the man through bowling? Also, are his daughters hawt?

Are there any good position coaches or third-tier assistants who would be ecstatic to get a shot at head coaching and therefore be willing to defer a good chunk of their decision-making power to the front office? Because that's who the Bears will be targeting . . .
Another interesting tidbit here is the reported interest that Kansas City had in Trubisky. From reports, it seems as though Trubisky was Reid’s/Nagy’s number one guy.
MMQB’s Emily Kaplan says the Kansas City Chiefs were reportedly interested in moving up for Mitchell Trubisky in the 2017 NFL Draft.
Add to that the leaked report that Kansas City made Tennessee an offer for the #5 pick...
At one point discussion turned to the rest of the first round. Peters heard reliably that Kansas City, picking 27th, was moving way up to Tennessee at five. Presumably for a quarterback. “I hear it’s for a one, two, four and next year’s one,” Shanahan said. “They offered that to Tennessee.”
If KC was set on QB in the first round, and Trubisky was their #1 guy, and they were willing to trade multiple high picks for him, it’s safe to assume that Nagy did his research on Trubisky and liked what he saw.
Fine. He's better than Fox. But then so is my 3 year old nephew.
