3) 3-3 baseline (L to 49rs, and 2 of: IND / HOU / AZ)

= 10-7 or better

8-9 seems like the bare minimum, anything less would be a disappointing season. 9-7 Seems like a reasonable expectation. Anything over 10 and this city will be lit!! As my son would say. Lol
